COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear Customer

We hope you have been keeping safe and well in these unprecedented times.

 Firstly, a huge thank you for checking in and keeping in touch whilst the shop has been closed. It has made such a difference and even if we couldn’t see you, we felt the support.

With the new changes, in-keeping with the government’s guidelines, we look forward to seeing you back at Mane Culture from Sat 4th July 2020. It will be business, not as usual, but with some of the old warm vibes and service. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we ask and provide the following:

Clients:

• Services will be mainly by appointment
• Temperature checks and hand sanitation will take place on entry
• Clients must wear face coverings when in the shop and social distancing measures are absolutely necessary unless your health/service requirements restricts this.
• Clients waiting in the shop will be limited
• We ask that only one parent/carer enters the shop for children’s and the less-able appointments
• Extra seating will be provided outside the shop for those waiting and walk-in clients, if we can safely book you in
• We ask that clients leave the premises after a hair cut/ treatment, as soon as is reasonably possible

The Mane Culture Team will:

• Wear face coverings and eye protection
• Use disposable gloves and disposable/wipeable aprons for each client
• wash hands, disinfect the chairs, surfaces and tools/equipment between each appointment; with an appropriate cleaning solution
• Use disposable capes for each client

There will be some price changes so we can accommodate the safety measures moving forward and we appreciate your understanding in this. Please do get in touch with myself or your stylist to book an appointment or with any other queries you may have.
